How we work

We measure before we claim. If a number goes on this site, it was measured. Where we have not measured something yet, we leave it out rather than estimate it and hope.

We design for the failure, not the demo. Anything we build says so when it breaks. A system that fails quietly is worse than one that fails loudly, because you find out from a customer instead of from the system.

You keep what we build. Content, configuration and pipeline are yours, in formats you can read without us. Nothing here is designed to make us hard to leave.

We will tell you when the answer is no. If a project should not start, or a system cannot do what a vendor implied, we would rather say it early than discover it together in month three.
